| FANTASTIC NEWS!! |
ST. PATRICK'S WINS THE SUMDOG COMPETITION!!!
It was announced at 8p.m. last Friday, 15th July, that St. Patrick's had won the Sumdog Maths competition for the County. This was great news as many pupils had worked hard to gain not only personal points but also points for our school. Four of our pupils, Callum Thomas, Ethan Caveney, Liam Counsell and Jordan Francomble finished in the list of Top Ten students, amassing over 20,000 points each. The school will now receive over £500 worth of Maths software. Well done everyone!! |

| Inspection Report |
The school community was pleased with the overall findings from our recent inspection, and the fact that the hard work and commitment of the governors, staff and pupils has been recognised.
The inspectors recognised that:
'Saint Patrick’s Roman Catholic Primary provides a good education for all its pupils. There are outstanding features in the care it provides, in the quality of its curriculum and in the attitudes and motivation of its pupils. It is highly regarded in the community. Pupils achieve good standards, both academically and in their personal development. They achieve their agreed learning targets and goals. The head teacher provides the school with good leadership and he is well supported by the staff and school governors. The school is very well managed and has made good progress since the previous inspection in addressing the key issues for action highlighted in that report.'
